Placements24 is hiring a Principal Consultant to lead the remote-first digital strategy practice in South Africa. You will guide organizations through digital transformations, advise CEOs and CIOs on technology adoption, and drive innovation from a remote setting.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in digital strategy, and the ability to work autonomously across SA, including Kimberley or any preferred location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy or technology consulting, including leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies across industries.
• Deep understanding of AI, Cloud, Big Data, IoT and their strategic implications.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex projects with senior client stakeholders.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills for remote engagement.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and methodologies.
