Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience leading significant mixed-use and urban development projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in master planning, architectural design, and complex project delivery.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing large-scale, impactful mixed-use developments.
• Advanced proficiency in leading architectural design software and visualization tools.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong understanding of international planning regulations, sustainability frameworks, and construction technologies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in leading and motivating geographically dispersed, remote teams.
