Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a detail-driven Copy Editor, Pharma & MLR to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of healthcare communications across print, digital, video, and other materials. This fully remote role supports a New York-based operation and requires EST hours.

As an independent contractor, you will annotate, link, and reference claims in Veeva Vault PromoMats, perform clinical fact-checks, and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and accounts to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare content editing
• Proven pharma copy editing & proofreading
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR
• Strong pharma terminology knowledge
• Fact-check clinical claims against sources
• Excellent English and attention to detail
• AMA Manual of Style knowledge
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat for markup
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely

Responsibilities

• Copy Editing & Proofreading of healthcare/pharma materials following brand guides
• Editorial Quality Control for grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency
• Clinical & Scientific Fact-Checking against studies and references
• MLR Review via Veeva Vault PromoMats annotations and routing
• Regulatory Compliance review of ISI, fair balance, references
• Track reviewer comments and revisions throughout process
• Maintain style sheets and QC checklists for consistency
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account teams
• Ensure final materials are accurate and production-ready
