Job summary

HLTH is seeking a remote, contract-to-full-time opportunities role to own the Creator-made video program across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts. You will sign creators, work with the creative strategist to turn winning angles into briefs, and manage the roster from brief to delivery.

You will join a fast-growing health-tech brand with a high-velocity, high-ownership environment, working cross-functionally with paid media and creators to optimize performance and scale the creator program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sourcing UGC creators or running influencer/creator campaigns.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to judge short-form creative: hooks, authenticity, and paid performance.
• Able to manage a large roster with persistent follow-ups.
• Comfortable in a creator database and asset filing.
• Able to negotiate rates, usage, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source creators on Instagram, TikTok, X for brand fit and paid-social use.
• Assess on-camera presence, hooks, lighting, reliability and ad fit.
• Keep roster warm between briefs and share effective practices.
• Finish briefs from the strategist and ensure all shots, usage, and deadlines are clear.
• Own delivery, track timelines, unblock creators, and quality-check assets.
• Organise assets by naming convention for easy team access.
• Coach creators on hooks, pacing, framing, and energy for better next deliveries.
• Audit roster to decide who to keep or drop based on quality and performance.
• Bi-weekly reporting on creators added, briefs issued, late work, and drops.
