Job summary

Cherry Assistant seeks a Virtual Patient Concierge & Care Coordinator for a boutique practice in aesthetics, functional medicine, and sexual health. This fully remote role supports a Virginia-based client, handling patient inquiries, scheduling, and EMR workflows to ensure a seamless concierge experience from inquiry to appointment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, empathetic, and confident discussing intimate health topics, with strong English communication and meticulous attention

Qualifications

• 2+ years in patient coordination or concierge healthcare support in aesthetics/med spa or related settings.
• Experience managing appointments, EMR workflows, and patient communications in a medical environment.
• Ability to discuss sensitive health topics professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for calls, textos, emails, and messages, providing concierge-level support and education.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments with accurate intake and documentation.
• Use EMR/CRM to manage patient records, bookings, and communications.
