Placements24 is seeking a Remote Operations Team Lead to guide a fully remote operations group, ensuring daily tasks run smoothly and KPIs are met. You will mentor colleagues, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

In this role you will monitor performance, provide coaching, handle escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to achieve company objectives while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in operations, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role, preferably remote.
• Proven ability to lead a remote team effectively.
• Strong understanding of operational best practices and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote team of operations professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion in accordance with established procedures.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development.
• Act as a point of escalation for operational issues, resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
