In this role you will monitor performance, provide coaching, handle escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to achieve company objectives while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in operations, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role, preferably remote.
• Proven ability to lead a remote team effectively.
• Strong understanding of operational best practices and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
