Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Remote Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives that optimize business operations. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in South Africa while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on improving business operations and efficiency.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management for remote execution.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders using virtual tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee implementation of new operational systems or processes.
