Placements24 is seeking a strategic Online Retail Merchandiser to optimize product presentation and drive sales on our e-commerce platform. This fully remote role allows you to contribute from anywhere while shaping assortments, listings, and merchandising strategies to improve conversion and revenue.

The role requires at least 4 years in e-commerce merchandising, strong SEO/CRO knowledge, hands-on experience with Shopify or Magento, and solid analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in e-commerce merchandising or online retail management.
• Strong understanding of online retail principles, SEO, and CRO.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and web analytics (Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Strong project management and remote collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales across the e-commerce website.
• Manage online product assortments, including product categorization, filtering, and search optimization.
• Create compelling product descriptions, images, and related content to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for merchandising improvements.
• Plan and execute online promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
