Position Details

Teaching Hours (must be available for both shifts):

• Morning shift: 3 AM - 6 AM SAST (Mon-Sun)
• Afternoon shift: 2 PM - 6 PM SAST (Mon-Sun)
• Weekdays: Minimum 4 peak hours daily
• Weekends: Minimum 5 peak hours daily

Rate: $6 USD per hour

Contract Type: Independent Service Provider

Requirements

• English first language speaker
• Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience
• Completed tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree)
• Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
• Clean criminal record

Technical Requirements

• PC: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or greater
• Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download) via LAN cable
• Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (if in an area with power interruptions)
• Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), and a quiet, well-lit teaching space
