Position Details

• Teaching Hours (must be available for both shifts):
  • Morning shift: 3 AM – 6 AM SAST (Mon‑Sun)
  • Afternoon shift: 2 PM – 6 PM SAST (Mon‑Sun)
• Weekdays: Minimum 4 peak hours daily
• Weekends: Minimum 5 peak hours daily
• Rate: $6 USD per hour
• Contract Type: Independent Service Provider

Requirements

• English first‑language speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience.
• Completed tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree).
• Accredited –hour+ TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification.
• Clean criminal record.

Technical Requirements

• PC: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or greater.
• Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download) via LAN cable.
• Backup Power: UPS with 4‑5 hours battery life (if in an area with power interruptions).
• Equipment: Noise‑cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, well‑lit teaching space.
