Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitating business-related subjects, preferably in an online setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging online learning environments and foster student interaction.
• Strong knowledge of core business principles and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, adapted for a virtual audience.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Moodle, Blackboard).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A passion for adult education and online learning.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online learning sessions for Business Studies courses, including marketing, finance, management, and entrepreneurship.
• Engage students in online discussions, forums, and collaborative activities to deepen their understanding.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments, projects, and participation.
