Placements24 is seeking an experienced Online Course Instructor in Business Administration to deliver engaging online lectures, facilitate discussions, and assess student performance for a global online student base. This remote role supports learners from Bloemfontein and beyond.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA (PhD preferred) with at least three years of online teaching experience, and is skilled in LMS tools, curriculum design, and providing timely feedback to students.

Qualifications

• MBA or related field required; PhD is advantageous.
• Minimum of three years teaching Business Administration online or at university/college level.
• Expertise in management, marketing, finance or operations.
• Proficient with LMS and online collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online lectures and facilitate discussions on Business Administration topics.
• Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments, quizzes and projects.
• Monitor student progress and offer academic support to ensure course completion.
• Participate in faculty forums and contribute to online delivery improvements.
