About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our UK operations team. This remote role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functions, accurate reporting, and professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Photo and Report Management: Organise and manage photographs for operative groups; prepare and send picture reports to clients, including drafting email communications.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the main reports inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow‑ups.
  • Key Handling: Maintain accurate records of key allocation and handling.
  • Attendance Records: Provide daily attendance records to the office team and ensure timely reporting.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, directing queries appropriately.
  • Support for Directors and Team Members: Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • General Administrative Duties: Support the operations team with tasks to maintain efficiency and organisation.
