Qualifications

• Master's or PhD with NLP focus.
• 3+ years of NLP model development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).
• Strong ML fundamentals and deep learning knowledge for NLP.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Excellent analytical and remote-work communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, NER, MT, and summarization.
• Implement and fine-tune architectures including transformers (BERT, GPT).
• Process and analyze large textual datasets with feature engineering and cleaning.
