Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, learning & development, or workforce development strategy.
• Experience in mining companies preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the alignment of training and academic offerings with workforce needs in the mining sector.
• Facilitate the co-design of modular qualifications and pathways.
• Convene mining companies and educational institutions to align on skills priorities.
• Formalise relationships with training partners for curriculum delivery.
• Promote part-based qualifications at industry events.
• Build industry partnerships for job placement opportunities.
