Collaborate with on-site personnel and R&D to troubleshoot, develop new methodologies, and drive efficiency. Requires MSc/PhD in Metallurgy or related field and 8+ years in mineral processing; familiarity with METSIM or JKSimMet is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
• Proven track record optimizing metallurgical processes for gold, platinum, or base metals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical analysis and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metallurgical test results and plant data to identify process improvements.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on-site plants via remote communication.
