Job summary

diginu is a South African technology company focused on helping consumers save money through cashback rewards across fuel, groceries, restaurants, and more. We are expanding nationally and seeking motivated Sales Associates to drive merchant acquisition and business development across SA.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible working hours. Compensation is performance-based and linked to merchant activity and turnover generated through the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience is advantageous.
• Interest in technology, e-commerce, or digital platforms is beneficial.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants and business owners.
• Introduce merchants to the diginu platform and its benefits.
• Assist merchants with onboarding and activation.
• Build and maintain professional business relationships.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new industries and market segments.
• Participate in ongoing product and marketing training.
