Job summary

Wendt Partners, a fully remote HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner, seeks a Marketing Manager to own the marketing engine in HubSpot Marketing Hub—campaigns, emails, content, social, paid media, events and the pipeline reporting.

This hands-on role requires planning campaigns, building them in HubSpot, coordinating design and content support, and ensuring every activity is tracked from first touch to closed deal.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing experience in professional services, SaaS or technology.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience: emails, workflows, lists, landing pages, forms, lead scoring and reporting.
• Experience running LinkedIn and/or Meta paid campaigns.
• Excellent written English and the ability to turn complex services into clear messaging.
• Comfort using data and attribution to make decisions.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage several campaigns and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, organic and paid channels.
• Develop campaign narratives and messaging for target audiences.
• Support GTM initiatives from promotion to post-event follow-up.
• Work with Sales to convert activity into qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Build and manage emails, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows and nurture sequences.
• Maintain lifecycle stages and handoff from marketing to sales.
• Set up attribution and campaign tracking (UTMs, HubSpot).
• Keep marketing data clean and well segmented.
