Qualifications

• An understanding of the London residential property market is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register, qualify, and manage applicant enquiries.
• Coordinate and manage property viewings with the support of Viewing Assistants.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants and record all interactions accurately.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Work closely with Directors to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
