Placements24 seeks a Lead Smart Contract Engineer to spearhead secure contract development for a cutting-edge blockchain platform. This fully remote role lets you architect foundational logic for decentralized apps while leading engineers across the globe.

You will drive design, review security, and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and performance. Expertise in Solidity, Hardhat/Truffle, cryptography, and remote leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on smart contract development.
• Deep expertise in Solidity and experience with other languages (e.g., Vyper, Rust).
• Proven experience with blockchain development environments and tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache).
• Strong understanding of cryptography, security principles, and common smart contract vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a remote setting.
