Qualifications

Advanced degree in chemical engineering is required.
10+ years in chemical process design with leadership experience.
Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and P&ID development tools.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Lead Process Design Engineer to guide the conceptualization and detailed design of chemical processes for projects worldwide. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your preferred location while leading critical design phases. You will be responsible for setting design standards, overseeing the work of design engineers, and ensuring that all designs meet the highest technical, safety, and economic requirements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of chemical process design principles.

Lead the development of process designs from conceptual studies through to detailed engineering packages.
