Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Makeup Artist to join its remote-first beauty team. You will define makeup artistry standards across client projects, from virtual consultations to digital content creation, and inspire a distributed group of artists.

You will mentor remote makeup artists, collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency, research trends, and produce tutorials and lookbooks that showcase advanced techniques.

Qualifications

• Extensive makeup artistry experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the beauty industry.
• Expertise in editorial, bridal, and special effects makeup.

Responsibilities

• Lead makeup artistry standards and creative direction across visual content.
• Conduct virtual makeup consultations and personalized tutorials for clients.
• Mentor remote makeup artists and beauty consultants.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Research and implement the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product innovations.
