Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering or Chemistry.
• 10+ years in drilling fluids engineering in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with HPHT wells and fluids programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage drilling fluid programs for projects.
• Provide expert technical support to drilling crews and mud engineers.
• Analyze fluid properties and troubleshoot for optimal performance.
• Conduct performance reviews of fluids and materials.
• Stay updated on drilling fluid tech and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and engineers to meet objectives.
• Develop and deliver training on drilling fluid principles.
• Manage inventory and logistics for fluids and equipment.
• Contribute to R&D for new formulations and additives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regs.
