Qualifications

• Ph.D./Psy.D. with Child/Adolescent specialization.
• Current SA license to practice psychology.
• 8+ years post-doctoral experience with children/adolescents.
• 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
• Supervise and mentor a remote team of child therapists and psychologists.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory telehealth standards.
• Lead training sessions on topics and new therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and stakeholders to support child well-being.
• Maintain confidential client records and monitor treatment progress.
• Contribute to remote mental health service protocols and best practices.
• Stay updated on research and developments in child psychology and digital health.
