Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Global Operations team on a 6-month contract with a potential extension. You will work remotely, supporting brand guidelines, design initiatives, and collaboration with portfolio managers, sales, and marketing teams.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and MS Office is required, with 1.5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects and basic animation is a plus.
• Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration.
• Strong Word and PowerPoint for output documents and decks.
• Good Excel skills and basic data visualization capability.
• Portfolio showing design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design initiatives across print and digital media.
• Create web designs, banners, infographics and marketing materials.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce high quality layouts aligned with brand.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns across media platforms.
• Produce templated PDFs and edit documents in InDesign and Acrobat.
• Edit and enhance staff photography and visual content.
• Maintain file organization and quality control.
