Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Junior E-sports Team Strategist for a fully remote, contract-based role. You will support senior strategists by analyzing gameplay, identifying strategic opportunities, and helping develop tactical plans for various esports titles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing professional e-sports matches, identifying key strategic trends, and evaluating team performance.
• Support senior strategists in developing and refining game plans and tactical approaches for various titles.
• Gather and organize data on opponent strategies, player tendencies, and meta shifts.
• Create reports and presentations summarizing strategic findings and recommendations.
• Monitor community discussions and professional scene developments for insights into emerging strategies.
• Collaborate with coaches and players to implement and test strategic adjustments during practice sessions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of strategic plays, counter-plays, and rotations.
• Provide real-time feedback and suggestions during practice matches under guidance of senior staff.
• Stay informed about patch notes and game updates and their impact on competition.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new strategies and tactical innovations.
