This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
