Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, focused Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position.

You will be speaking directly with property owners who have expressed interest in selling, guiding them through our process, and helping to create mutually beneficial solutions. The goal is to engage with these sellers, build rapport, and get properties under contract by following our proven sales script.

  • This Position is for Sales Closers / Sales Professionals.
  • No real estate license is required, we provide full training and all leads.
Compensation

Annual Base salary $13, USD + Commission (paid weekly). Performance-based commissions and bonus opportunities. Potential total compensation: $23,–$34,+ annually (USD).

Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads and respond to seller inquiries
  • Build rapport and understand each homeowner's situation
  • Present offers and help guide sellers through our process
  • Negotiate with sellers and get contracts signed
  • Use our CRM to track follow-ups and manage your pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team
  • Participate in ongoing training and sales development
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, phone sales preferred
  • Must have reliable, high-speed Wi‑Fi, a laptop, and a headset
  • Dedicated workspace, free of external background noise (e.g., no animals or children)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English with very little accent
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance targets
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Organized, dependable, and open to coaching and growth
  • Must be teachable and follow instruction
