You will design interactive learning experiences, foster dialogue, and drive measurable learner engagement in a flexible, fully supported remote environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent senior industry experience) in a relevant field.
• Previous online facilitation or training experience is a must.
• Demonstrated senior industry experience.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical application.
• Excellent internet connectivity and reliable technology.
• Experience in marking assessments.
• Working hours determined by the course schedule, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead dynamic, interactive learning experiences that spark critical thinking and drive real-world application of knowledge.
• Create engaging spaces for collaboration on chat platforms and foster effective communication.
• Encourage learners to provide feedback and share knowledge during sessions and on the Online Campus.
• Facilitate structured peer review sessions, discussion threads and collaborative exercises.
• Build a collaborative learning community with peer support and resource sharing.
• Promote mutual respect, inclusivity and shared goals.
• Encourage reflective practice and demonstration of unique application of frameworks and concepts in assessments.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and share insights with learners.
