You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of IoT platforms and solutions that enhance operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for clients across various manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions, including sensor integration, data acquisition, cloud connectivity, and edge computing. Develop and deploy IIoT platforms, leveraging cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP). Implement and manage data analytics tools for monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying trends, and enabling predictive maintenance strategies. Collaborate closely with client engineering and operations teams (remotely) to understand their needs and tailor IIoT solutions. Develop strategies for secure data transmission and storage within IIoT environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IIoT devices, networks, and software platforms. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in IIoT, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Document IIoT architectures, configurations, and operational procedures thoroughly.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Industrial IoT solutions. Proven expertise in cloud IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub) and data analytics. Strong understanding of IoT protocols, networking, cybersecurity in industrial settings, and edge computing. Experience with programming languages commonly used in IoT (e.g., Python, C++, Java). Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote setting. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, essential for a remote role. Experience within the Manufacturing & Production sector is highly advantageous. Familiarity with PLCs and SCADA systems is a plus.
