Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of global supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement optimized network designs, routing strategies, and inventory policies to minimize costs and improve service levels.
• Utilize advanced simulation and modeling techniques to forecast demand, assess capacity, and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
• Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts, material flow, and automation strategies.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, performance dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and client teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and industrial engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or supply chain optimization, with a strong focus on remote project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain network design, modeling, and simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, LLamasoft).
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable), and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is a significant advantage.
• Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
