Job summary

Doxim is seeking an Implementation Specialist to configure and implement document processing apps, API integrations, and workflow solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions and provide end‑user training.

You’ll support data ingestion, template design, and deployment, while helping ensure successful project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction across remote and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in software implementation, applications configuration, technical support, or document composition.
• Print‑and‑mail / variable data programming experience.
• Database experience (SQL Server, stored procedures/functions; general DB familiarity).
• Working knowledge of Unix command line and/or shell scripting; Windows PowerShell experience.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts and API configurations; omni‑channel output design.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Data ingestion & transformation: Process and manipulate client data files across varied formats (e.g., XML, Excel, ANSI/ASCII, Postscript/print image).
• Document composition & workflow development: Design, build, and maintain document templates and workflows for print/mail and electronic presentment using Quadient Inspire and/or Exstream.
• Scripting, automation, and validation: Develop scripts/programs to validate data and automate processing steps.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and support: Program, test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to data processing and workflows.
• Implementation delivery: Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Service, and other developers to onboard new customers and review workflows/templates.
• Deployment & documentation: Support live deployments and maintain internal documentation for issues, resolutions, and training.
