Responsibilities

• Design scalable sanitation and hygiene programs for a remote/hybrid workforce.
• Research industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Create comprehensive guidelines, protocols, and training materials accessible remotely.
• Advise on selection and implementation of sanitation technologies and supplies.
• Develop strategies for monitoring and auditing sanitation compliance across sites.
• Collaborate virtually with HR, Operations, and Facilities Management.
• Provide expert consultation on sanitation-related issues and risk assessments.
• Prepare reports for senior management on program effectiveness and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of global health advisories and adapt sanitation strategies.
