Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Sanitation Compliance Analyst to monitor sanitation standards and regulatory requirements across remote operations in South Africa. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with distributed teams to ensure hygiene and safety.

You will develop dashboards, identify non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions while staying current with national and international standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a sanitation-related role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau and reporting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Based in South Africa with reliable high-speed internet.

Aufgaben

• Analyze sanitation data from multiple sources to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to sanitation and hygiene.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of non-compliance, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate remotely with site managers, operational teams, and external auditors.
• Assist in the development and updating of sanitation protocols and best practice guidelines.
• Conduct virtual audits and reviews of sanitation practices based on data and documents.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on sanitation compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• Stay informed about relevant national and international sanitation standards and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sanitation compliance processes.
