What You Bring5+ years of progressive HR experience (talent acquisition, organisational development, or similar), ideally in multi-state or global settings.Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning people strategy with personal business goals.Proficiency in interpreting engagement metrics and driving process improvements.Confidence in digital platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, etc.).
