Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking an HTML/CSS Technical Quality Assurance Lead to ensure high standards in front-end AI data training projects. You will review HTML/CSS work, provide feedback, and monitor a global team. Candidates should have at least 5 years of front-end experience, expertise with HTML/CSS, and strong analytical skills. This is a remote position with competitive hourly compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end experience with HTML/CSS, building and maintaining real-world user interfaces or web pages.
• Experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, responsive design, CSS structuring, accessibility, and performance considerations.
• C1-level English proficiency for documentation and async communication.

Responsibilities

• Review HTML/CSS tasks and submissions, providing clear feedback.
• Assess layout structure and performance considerations for quality.
• Communicate updates and changes to trainers and QAs.
• Monitor activity and encourage re-engagement among contributors.
• Create and maintain documentation like style guides and review checklists.
• Schedule onboarding and training sessions for new trainers/QAs.
