You will support learners across multiple subjects with personalized online sessions, using digital tools to create an interactive remote learning experience.

The role emphasizes clear communication, progress tracking, and collaboration with parents, with flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere with internet access.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in a subject area suitable for high school tutoring.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development, ideally in an online setting.
• Strong understanding of the South African high school curriculum.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote engagement.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group online tutoring sessions across designated subjects.
• Develop tailored learning plans based on individual student needs and academic goals.
• Utilize digital whiteboards, shared documents, and other online tools to facilitate effective teaching.
• Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and communicate achievements to students and parents.
