Qualifications

• Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Physiology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in strength & conditioning with 5+ years in head/lead role.
• Certification from NSCA CSCS or ACSM EP-C.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise periodized strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical capabilities and monitor progress.
• Utilize sports science and data analytics to optimize training effectiveness.
• Educate athletes on nutrition, recovery, hydration, and lifestyle for performance.
• Lead and mentor junior coaches; foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain detailed training logs and performance records; ensure ethical standards.
