Placements24 is seeking a Remote Guest Services Specialist to join our growing travel platform. You will be the first point of contact for bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution, delivering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat from a home office.

In this fully remote role, you will manage multiple inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide destination information while maintaining CRM documentation and meeting KPIs. Randburg-based or other remote locations accepted.
