Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in DTC or ecommerce marketing.
• Proven success running ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google directly.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage growth campaigns across various platforms.
• Develop and manage a UGC and creator content pipeline.
• Run paid media tests focusing on ROAS and CAC efficiency.
• Set up and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns.
• Collaborate on product launches and seasonal campaigns.
