Placements24 is offering a fully remote Junior Graphic Design Apprentice role with extensive training in creating visual assets for digital and print media. You will collaborate with a remote team of designers, marketers, and project managers on diverse client projects, while gaining experience in UI/UX and production-ready files.

East London-area clients are served, with opportunities for full-time employment after completion.

Qualifications

• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative design talent and visual problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential for remote environments.
• Must be eligible to work remotely and be based within commuting distance of East London for occasional team meetups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing graphics for social media campaigns, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the design team on concept development and execution for various projects.
• Prepare files for final production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Learn and apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
• Participate actively in virtual team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
