Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage regulatory strategies for pharmaceutical products from a fully remote setup. You will prepare and submit filings, ensure compliance with global requirements, and streamline the approval process for new and existing medicines.

You must have at least 5 years in Regulatory Affairs within pharma, with strong knowledge of FDA/EMA submission processes, and excellent communication skills to work effectively across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience in pharma.
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) and submission processes.
• Experience preparing and managing regulatory submissions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings (INDs, NDAs, MAAs) to global authorities.
• Interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to product development and lifecycle management.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, respond to queries, manage agency interactions.
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support approvals and post-market compliance.
• Conduct regulatory intelligence to stay informed of evolving regulations and guidances.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and Good Regulatory Practices.
