Job summary

Placements24 seeks a talented Full Stack Engineer proficient in Node.js and React to join a remote-first engineering team. You will build scalable backend services and dynamic frontends, work on architecture decisions, and collaborate with product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in full-stack development, strong JS, Node.js and React skills, and experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Redux, Webpack, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js and React.
• Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Redux and Webpack; cloud platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and modern frontend technologies.
• Design and implement database schemas and manage data using MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
