Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire an AWS Trainium/NKI AI Task Auditor for a freelance AI trainer project based in South Africa. You will audit tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems, focusing on accuracy, realism, reproducibility and technical rigor.

This remote, project-based role requires deep expertise in AWS Trainium architecture, model compilation, accelerator optimization and NKI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience with AWS Trainium architecture and model compilation.
• Deep knowledge of accelerator optimization and Neuron Kernel Interface (NKI) frameworks.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and evaluate complex technical scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AWS Trainium and NKI tasks for accuracy, realism, solvability and test coverage.
• Review model compilation workflows and accelerator optimization approaches.
• Assess NKI-based tasks and kernel execution scenarios for issues and inconsistencies.
• Identify hardware inefficiencies, kernel bugs and logic errors affecting quality.
• Test and troubleshoot complex technical scenarios to validate behavior.
• Provide actionable technical feedback to task authors and evaluators.
• Document findings clearly across assigned project tasks.
