Placements24 seeks a strategic FP&A Manager to join a fully remote team supporting operations in Sandton. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to shape corporate strategy and enhance performance, collaborating with executive leadership and department heads.

The role requires advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and strong communication skills, with a track record of leading remote projects and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
• Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, ERP systems).
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business strategy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
• Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and provide support for initiatives.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
