Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's advantageous).
• Significant experience in forensic accounting, fraud examination, or auditing.
• Certifications such as CFE are highly desirable.
• Expertise in data analysis techniques for uncovering financial irregularities.
• Strong investigative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills suitable for legal contexts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial investigations into fraud, asset misappropriation, and other financial crimes.
• Analyze complex financial records, including electronic data, to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Prepare comprehensive forensic accounting reports detailing findings, methodologies, and conclusions.
• Assist legal counsel in litigation support, including discovery and expert witness testimony.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect financial fraud within organizations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as required.
