Job summary

A leading executive search firm is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support their recruiting team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining organized systems. As a remote-first company with a collaborative culture, you will coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain accurate candidate records, and assist in posting job roles on LinkedIn. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and knowledge of ATS tools like Loxo is a bonus.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or admin/project coordination.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting team across all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update jobs and candidate records in the ATS (Loxo).
  • Post roles on LinkedIn and scrub job descriptions for clarity.
