Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive architectural design experience, with a strong focus on sustainable development and urban planning.
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field and SACAP registration or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and manage remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for large-scale sustainable urban development projects, ensuring environmental compliance and best practices.
• Develop and present innovative concepts, blueprints, and drawings using advanced modeling software.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with clients, engineers and construction teams remotely.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies for green infrastructure opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performing remote team culture.
• Stay updated on sustainable architecture advances and integrate them into designs.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes and zoning around Richards Bay region.
• Prepare compelling client presentations articulating design vision and technical details.
