Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Consultant specializing in financial services optimization. This fully remote role involves working with leading financial institutions to enhance operations, streamline processes, and implement strategic solutions for growth and profitability.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 5+ years in consulting within financial services, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or similar strategic roles in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of banking, insurance, or investment management operations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current financial services operations to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Develop strategic recommendations for process re-engineering and technology adoption.
• Design and implement solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives at client sites.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform client strategies.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports on findings and actions.
• Support business development, including proposal writing and client relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the practice.
